Our brewing water (liquor) originates in the northern Rauhine and Kaweka Ranges of Hawke’s Bay, traversing gentle rivers across our picturesque landscape.
It charges the pristine Heretaunga Plains Aquifer, where it percolates through gravels and sands, cleansing and filtering, then bubbles to the surface in freshwater springs into Hawke Bay.
